As the Corona Virus (COVID-19) continues to escalate around the world, we are writing to share our commitments to you, our Customers and Vendors.

The safety of our community- Customers, Vendors and Employees - is our primary concern. Our shop has an effective continuity plan, hygiene regimens and supply chain management in place to ensure business continues as usual and your parts are not interrupted.


Diamond Manufacturing, Inc. is an important part of many companies supply chain, especially as we serve industries like transportation and construction, each of which have an important role in our economy. Therefore, it is important that we continue to operate as seamlessly as possible and assist our customers in meeting their production requirements.


*Fare Collection Equipment/Urethane Trim Molds - We are open for orders and shipping. Our team is up and running at full capacity. We are ready to take your call. We answer our phones between 7 am and 3:30 pm CST.


Shipping/Pick Up - Our shipping department and couriers are working together to ensure our movement of products is unaffected.


Continuity Plan - Our employees are following strict hygiene guidelines and we have a robust continuity plan in place. We have restricted unnecessary travel, facility tours and customer visits for the short term and will review regularly during this fluid situation.


Effective Immediately - Visitors must complete a Mandatory Screening Questionnaire which requires a signature by the person each time they enter our facility. And "YES" answer becomes a NO  ENTRY situation.


In the unlikely event that any risk is present which may cause a delay to any of your current or future orders, we will contact at the earliest opportunity. Please be assured that the safety of our staff, customers and vendors remains our main focus during this time.   

About Us

Established in 1947, Diamond Fare collection systems began their ride and making their mark on the transit industry. Mainly collecting tokens and coins, the original round units are what gave Diamond Manufacturing its start into the transit industry and would lead into the company it is today. In 1972, after 25 years of producing fare boxes, Diamond Manufacturing was purchased by the Cull family who till this day still own and operate the company, producing over a dozen styles of fare boxes for every need of the transit system. Even today when you call Diamond, you will still be talking to a Cull family member as three generations of family still work to provide great products not only for the transit industry but as well as architectural products made from Urethane for new construction and remodeling industries. We also work with plastic fabrication by the means of vacuum forming materials such as ABS, PETG, Kydex, and Acrylic.

  Diamond currently offers seven different models of fareboxes and three standard sizes of donation boxes. Our fareboxes come in two distinct styles; rectangular and round. The major difference between the two styles is the type of currency accepted. The older round style design accepts only coins and tokens and is not recomended for bills. The rectangular models were designed specifically to accept both coins and bills.

They are made from the finest pure materials and manufactured to exacting standards.  Here at Diamond we bend PVC and Urethane materials for decks, flower pots, trellius, benchs, sidewalks, facial panels, fences, and boat docks.
